Basically everything in the zone achievement “Coming Down the Mountain” except for Cavorting with Cultists and Extinguishing the Firelord.

Hyjal, talk to him, do the elemental quest and clear that phase out for yourself and see if Ysera is available after that point in order to phase it back normal.
